Employment and Education Verification

Just got my Education and Employment Verification Forms for my summer internship at BB. I listed one of my informal voluntary experience on the relevant experience section with my employments. Should I put that voluntary experience as one of my employments on the background check form too? Or should I leave it out because it's technically not employment?

I also did an internship in Korea. I understand that my BB use choicepoint and from my understanding choicepoint does not provide verification for overseas employment. Do HR call Korea directly in these cases? The people there dont speak english well and it might cause problem(I am an ABK and speaks Korean). Should I send in my reference letter with my verification forms or should I send it in only if something comes back sour?

I filled this out a while ago, did a couple of internships in an Asian country last year. They usually contract this out to a professional screening company and they DID contact the person directly (in the country's native language). I was actually quite shocked at how comprehensive they were....

Nevertheless, unless you FLAT OUT LIED about being employed somewhere you weren't or made up your GPA/Education background, it should be fine. If there are minor discrepencies, they will contact you first for more information.
