ER vs IB

I've been doing a lot of Linkedin hunting and I've noticed a lot of Alabama students land GS or jeffries jobs out of undergrad but they are for ER and not for IB. Is there really that big of a prestige dropoff doing ER and not IB? Realistically, I want to work in Charlotte or somewhere in the south and maintain a salary above 500k, ideally 1M, but I know that sounds unrealistic.

Is there rlly a big drop off between IB and ER (salary wise or prestige wise)

Because no one has clearly answered your retarded question, yes massive drop off for both. PE > IB > ER for out of undergrad prestige.
