ER vs IB Compensation- Final Guide

I was hoping someone might be able to put together a comp guide- just real brief- for the different levels at ER and at IB. I’ve looked all over the internet and every site seems to have different comp numbers. if I could get someone who’s actually worked in the industry (or even lateraled from IB-ER or vice versus) to do this I, and I’m guessing a lot of the WSO community would appreciate it. I’m still deciding between which career to pursue, am thinking ER as I’m simply more interested in it, but would like to see comp numbers as well as part of my decision.

Huge thanks for anyone that is willing to do this and anyone else that’s maybe just willing to offer their insight as well!
