Generally, the culture's decent, which you can expect from all the Big 4. You'll make good mates, get trained, lot's of social etc. However, there's many reasons employee turnover is so high and you're not going to find many people who stick around just for the culture.
Employee turnover itself can cause issues for culture as it creates a shortage of Senior/AM/Manager level staff. This gap normally gets filled by people from international offices, which is fine, but unfortunately, they're not the same calibre as the people they're filling in for. As you can imagine, as a junior it can make your life difficult if the new senior from Zimbabwe on your team is as much use as a glass hammer. It'll also piss off the guys at the top as things get unorganised and tensions can build quickly.
Overall, if you find yourself at any of the Big 4 you probably want be sticking around long enough for the culture to be too much of an issue.
My aim is to get a couple years experience then try and transfer over to a boutique (m&a)
Which service line in particular?
I guess that would vary which company I went to. Ernst and Young who have Transaction Advisory which I guess is similar to a PwC Deals Advisory service line.
Yup, TAS is split up into different sub service lines like Financial Due Diligence, Infrastructure Advisory, M&A etc. Lead advisory at EY is M&A, but my experience is that deal flow varies quite a bit by region. APAC (where I am) is almost all middle market sell side advisory.

I go to a non-target and got accepted for an interview at E&Y business advisor intern program. It is a new program for interns. I'm a little nervous for the interview. any suggestions for the interview. it is taking place at my universities campus. is anyone in the 4 year post-grad business advisory program who can give me any tips? I think i got lucky getting accepted for the interview since I go to a non-target and i have a okay gpa. my goals after grad are management consulting 2 years -> MBA -> consulting or private equity.
Alot of fit questions and then the senior managers will grill you on the technicals...Whats a fcf, what are the different types of valuations....etc
