Esoteric Securitisation
I currently am interning within Legal and am interested in Intellectual Property (I study a STEM Degree in the UK) and recently I found out about Esoteric Securitisation as a career pathway within Investment Banking so was wondering if anybody could shed light on what kind of exposure to IP, key aspects of work done on a daily basis, which types of assets are normally securitised/any unique deals you have been on, key skills/backgrounds recruiters look for (and how to make my profile stand out during interview shortlisting if I do not have a finance background), graduate opportunities available, who are the key players within the space in London/Europe and what the dealflow is like. I appreciate any insights people are willing to share.
