Both offices are pretty small offices with ~20 people. Evercore focuses on paper and packaging (ex-Barclays seniors) and also has a senior focusing on health & wellness I believe. PWP focuses on metals & mining, automotive (ex-Citi seniors) and also has a senior focusing on C&R from MS. Both offices have pretty good culture and also exit quite well (I know Evercore sent a couple to MDP and PWP to Platinum).

Evercore’s office is tiny (10 people) focused on paper and packaging. Culture is tight given size of office but a little sweaty. Exits look strong with MDP, BDT, Bay Pine and current class going to Carlyle. Think they take 2 SAs.
