Evercore Lateral Process

Does anybody have experience accepting a lateral offer from Evercore? Recently received an offer coming from a mid-tier BB and open to the idea of lateraling if I'm able to negotiate a package that makes sense. How strict is the 2-year commitment and is does that mean you need to be an analyst for the full 2 years, or is it more a commitment to the firm for two years (i.e. An2 / Asso1)? Any other details on bonus make-whole and other perks would be appreciated.

is it for the generalist lateral spot or for a specific coverage group?
