Meal stipend £28.5 after 8pm. Gym on site and costs like £50 per year (yes, year), taxi home after 9pm (those black cab ones), fruit is free in the cafeteria. Lunch is quite cheap and there’s a million cafes for lunch as well right down the street around Market Tavern.

PCA hours vary between 60 to 100+ depending on what you’re staffed on I’d say the split is 30/70. M&A varies by team. Sponsors is the chillest.

Avoid PFG like the plague, consistent 2am+ and seniors are assholes (apparently). Email traffic goes north of 200 per day which is wild.

Pay is market (an1=£70k).

Just FYI PCA bonuses are insane (heard assocs got 200%+ even in London).

FIG team is great but hours and bonuses are very variable.

Industrials and O&G are great teams, no face culture and great seniors. Heard bonuses are shit though

Healthcare and Tech are just that. Same as everywhere else.

Firm is moving to Victoria next year so keep that in mind.

Anonymous Monkey:

untrue, dinner stipend is £28.50

Can confirm £28.50 for dinner and black cabs home every night

Does anyone know much about Consumer, FIG, and Chemicals Teams?

Also what are bonuses for An1/2.

Also, Ive heard base pay increases to 80k+ for an1 after 6 month probation but is this true?

Consumer is rapidly growing team making a lot of hires, very cool people and seniors (apparently, only spoken to one before), very entrepreneurial

FIG is by far the largest and most established - team culture okay, long hours but supportive seniors

Chemicals & life sciences also similar I’ve heard but not too

All pay data is pretty much public if you look hard enough, including average bonuses familiar

They don’t have their own office… they are already housed in the EVR building. And work consistently with the other teams. But still a separate team in their own. That won’t change for a long while
