I'm considering in potentially going to pe/growth, joining a startup, or staying in banking. Which would be the best in terms of analyst experience and future opps?

Depends on the location of the GS TMT offer and where you want to be.
For SF, GS TMT SF > EVC MP
For NYC, GS TMT NYC > MS NYC
If its SF but you want NYC, id go MS NYC > GS TMT SF > EVC MP
If its NYC but you want SF, I'd probably suggest taking GS TMT NYC and lateraling to a better shop in SF. EVC MP is great but the other two options are some of the best groups on Wall Street.
