Evercore Real Estate M&A
Hi all,
Does anyone know much about Evercore's Real Estate (RESA) M&A team?
Exit Opps, culture, hours, etc. Possible to exit into heavy asset based PE firms or only REPE?
Any details shares are really appreciated!
Exits definitely limited to REPE, very long hours
Thanks for the response mate - been told there's a decent chance of lateraling to another group within the strategic advisory team too if I wanted, do you agree or are the REIB skills not very transferable?

Made the transition from REPE to M&A myself, would strongly suggest avoiding RE unless you're set on doing it. While it's possible, it's definitely an uphill battle and would suggest holding out if you can
