Does anyone have info about this team? Which sort of deals they do? Exits? How does it compare to other REIB teams in terms of type of mandates they get and deal flow overall? Any other info is helpful.
Looking at capital IQ transaction & underwriting summary seems pretty empty. I understand that until a couple of years ago they had a Real estate M&A team and a Real Estate capital advisory team (doing fundraises for real estate funds), and now the two are merged under the RESA umbrella, which seems to me that mostly does fundraises rather than classic M&A.
