My bad- wrote this in a hurry. My interviews were very technical. I would say most of them were out of the guides, to be honest, but definitely some tricky questions around capital structure and DCF (how does tax impact). But if you prepared M&I you should be fine. No brainteasers or anything of that nature. Also much more fit-based than earlier rounds.

Oh wow- that's relatively late. Any chance you might be able to give some advice for the superday? Have one upcoming and wonder about technical/behavioral split. Heard from ppl at my school that it's more focused on industry/deals than the first two calls.

Haven't heard anything yet, but TBH I didn't think mine went that well. A couple of technicals I just didn't know how to answer. How was yours?

havent heard back, 2 rooms were largely resume based, one room was very comparable to the first round, and another was focused on a deal/industry (from my resume). if you don't mind sharing, what were some of the technicals you had trouble with. I personally got a lot of ev/equity val, accounting, and debt questions
