Excel Formatting Macros/Tools

Hi All, After spending several years in finance, I still feel I spend a fair amount of time formatting Excel spreadsheets- I.e formatting numbers, coloring them, etc... I know many Excel shortcuts, maybe not all of them... but it’s still time-consuming. I know that some of my former colleagues used Training the Street Macros to do this quickly, but it seems the firm has discontinued them. Curious if you have tricks to save time on this stuff?
