Excel P&L projection multiple locations

I'm building a P&L projection for a rollout that's adding locations as time goes by. I have the performance projections for a single location, the next step is to combine these at specific times.

I want the model to be as flexible as possible, which is where my relatively limited knowledge of Excel comes into play. The goal is to have around 50 locations in 5 years, so it's necessary that you can easily change the number of locations opened and the time they are opened, with the projections updating.

I uploaded an example (see below) where the sum of all locations is hardcoded. Ideally, you could place any number in any quarter of the "added locations" row and have the projections updated - or something that works like that.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
