Excel Template Best Practices
I have ended up as the product owner for the model templates at my real estate services firm (1,000 or so people) and am trying to formalize how our templates are updated and managed. What departments in your offices manage the excel models that are used as the starting point for your work? I have Azure DevOps to track feature requests, but documenting changes to the excel master template doesn’t really mesh with how DevOps works.
