Finding my unicorn

I’ve been working as a commercial appraiser in in a T1 market for the past 10 years & have my MAI. The WLB and pay are good, average maybe 20-30 hours a week WFH on fee split making 130-150k year depending on work flow/self imposed grind periods. The work is easy but monotonous and not challenging. I’m looking to transition, and have been doing a lot of research, but am unsure of the specific role I would be looking for. I like the numbers aspect of RE, working in excel (currently completing AdventuresCRE) & want a position that involves modeling, is hands on with deals and client facing, and isn’t a crazy sweat (don’t want 60+ hour weeks). My question is, what type of job (title) in RE is that?
