I work in the Italian market so most of my exposure is local, but I’d be keen to connect with other analysts / associates in REPE, dev, AM, RE IB etc. across other markets.
Mainly thinking informal chats to compare notes on deal flow, underwriting, DD, financing, leasing, cap rates, comp / career paths and how different shops operate. Real estate is obviously very local, so could be interesting to hear what people are seeing in other markets and maybe build a small group if enough people are interested.
