Expected competence of IB graduates in Aus

Starting as a graduate analyst at a BB in Aus but did the summer at a different bank to the one I’ll be working at. Was wondering if there are any expectations of technical competence for fresh grads in Aus, or is there training to bring everyone up to similar levels? Is there anything worthwhile focusing on before starting? No intentions of doing a lot of work before starting but was thinking about allocating a few hours a week to financial modelling, etc

Idk about your bank, but most BBs tend to do a 1 month intensive training thing for grads
