Expected housing costs in NYC for typical IB salary
Working in manhattan, how much should I reasonably pay for rent? Also, at what point in your career should you stop living with roommates? As a percentage of rent / biweekly paychecks, what is it?
Would love input from all ranks including first year analysts all the way to MDs. Just looking for US Manhattan/NYC numbers. Maybe SF/bay area too.
