In the past couple of days I got an offer from a BB for IB. Because my school doesn't have an agreement in place it explodes in two weeks. However, I think I really want to do S&T, what can I do to get interviews accelerated. Or should I just stick it out for two years and then transfer within the bank to S&T. I know that is pretty easy to do at my bank.

That's too short of a time frame you won't get any interviews in 2 weeks. I'd accept the offer with the job market in its current state and you can always start job searching in S&T once you start working.
