F25 Strategy to Junior IB SA?

Wondering how well a F25 corporate strategy role would position me for junior IB recruiting compared to the tried and true boutique IB / LMM PE etc. Decided to take a slightly different path than others but getting a little nervous about my choice now that the 2022 process is really kicking off. Thanks for your thoughts!

I’ve been framing that the role would help me understand how a large company (and potential client) implements strategy internally, giving me a unique viewpoint when it comes to working with similar co’s in an advisory role. Is that the strongest way to frame this? Would love any advice on tinkering my narrative to make it a more convincing story!

The message I've been using is that understanding and implementing strategy internally for a potential client gives me a differentiated perspective when it comes to working with similar large companies in an advisory role - is that a convincing spin to you? Just want to make sure I'm putting my best foot forward!
