As a sophomore, BO at a bank might also be better. Neither it nor the CF position will give you much in the way of transferable skills, but at least the bank will be a good networking opportunity.
I thought a Top-Company internship on resume was a really good thing to have for IB recruiting.
For example I heard GE FMP is a very good thing to have on resume and can lead to interviews.
