F500 Treasury Comp, Exit Ops

Interested in pursuing a career in treasury. I actually have a phone call arranged with corporate Vice President treasurer at my f250 employer. curious if anybody has insight regarding exit ops and comp. I know the wlb is probably a lot better than ib but the company trade off might offset the benefits. any insight is appreciated as I am currently deciding between pursuing high finance and climbing the corporate ladder so to speak
