Fantasy M&A

I figured it could be interesting, given the broad range of industry perspectives on the forum, to create a thread of deals that we would like to see happen or think would be a good strategic fit.

For starters:

**Industry Expertise: **Real Estate

**Transaction: **Boston Properties acquiring SL Green

Rationale: Greatly expands Boston Properties' NYC office portfolio, creating a best in breed office REIT. Likely FFO multiple expansion owning to scale. Removes the overpaid SL Green management team which has suffered from poor capital allocation and untimely equity issuances.

**Why It Won't Happen: **The transaction would represent the largest merger in REIT history. Elevated change of control costs at SL Green.

Note: I think there are other smaller deals in the space that make sense, but I went with big names to start out.

The paragon of family-friendly entertainment buying something that represents the exact opposite? While this is a fantasy M&A thread, I find Disney buying Brazzers almost too outlandish. Warner Bros has deep enough pockets.
