Career Resources
I would wait for them to reach out to you. Groups are always on the lookout for good lateral talent, but the level of urgency can vary. If there is no immediate staffing concern, it is pretty common for banks to take their time. I've heard of candidates going through lateral processes that have lasted months and several rounds of interviews before they received a confirmed offer.
At this point, there isn't much you can do. Continue to focus on your current job while still staying on top of your interview prep in case you're brought in for additional interviews
Just wait a week or two and if you have a solid contact in the group reach out to him then reiterating your interest and asking if there is any update on your status.
