I was wondering if anyone could provide some context into the lateral market for FDD professionals in the next 6-18 months. Speculation sure, but are rates, business cycles, and AI trends helping or hindering the FDD to IB case. Finally, I am starting in 2 weeks at the associate level, so any tips on how to approach the process would be greatly appreciated. (T1 city b4)
