Just became an associate at an MM. 25 years old. Not getting many headhunter emails anymore. PE seems long gone. Guess it’s time to really lock in to MM IB..?

Have you been in the PE forum on this site recently? It is almost all PE folks complaining about being paid less than IB, not getting promoted because there are too many bodies and then getting fired with nowhere to go.
