Feeling lost
26 years old and currently work at one of the big 4 in MM/Enterprise Deal Advisory (Not TS). CPA qualified and currently pursuing CFA (Level 1 exam in May).
Goal is to break into IB/PE but feeling like I have missed the boat. The rare job postings on LinkedIn have on average ~300 applications which is demoralising.
Basically, am I wasting my time or should I keep pursuing this goal. Should I start cold-messaging instead of just applying to job postings?
