They seem to be one of the few boutiques left in Charlotte.

Know a guy who worked there who had a great experience. Can’t speak to specific comp, but apparently placements are solid in the LMM/MM for PE.
Again, it’s a boutique, but it sounds like they punch above their weight given the MDs came over from Wells Fargo iirc
