Can anyone give me any information on Fidus Partners in Charlotte? Culture, Deal flow, Comp, Exit opps?
They seem to be one of the few boutiques left in Charlotte.
Thanks in advance!

Know a guy who worked there who had a great experience. Can’t speak to specific comp, but apparently placements are solid in the LMM/MM for PE.
Again, it’s a boutique, but it sounds like they punch above their weight given the MDs came over from Wells Fargo iirc
