Final Semester

Hi Everyone,

Over the Christmas holidays I suffered a traumatic event (legitimate event not bogus thing) and it was pretty hard for me to deal with this semester, hence my grades suffered a lot. In hindsight it would have been better to take the semester off to recover. I'm in my last semester at a target school in Canada with some solid non IB internships under my belt, and a part of a well known student club. What is the best way for me to explain my situation to my interviewers and why my grades suffered? So thy understand that it wasn't due to slacking etc...

Thank you
