Ok so I have been trying to break into banking for the longest time. I've been recruiting for a full-time IB analyst role all semester. I'd get to the final rounds and ultimately was never chosen. I think I applied to at least 40 places this semester...but I FINALLY I GOT A JOB.
I was THIS close to giving up
