Finance and Accounting enfocused exchange

I'm Brazilian and will be finishing my engineering degree later this year. I was thinking of doing a medium-term face-to-face course at an ivy league or other good quality institution with two objectives: learning finance and accounting subjects and developing my English language skills (including a focus on corporate/finance English). I've looked around here, but I'm only finding short online courses or long-term face-to-face courses (like a full degree). Do anyone knows any opportunities along the lines of what I was looking for?
