Financial Controller @ Goldman Sachs
I applied for Goldman's analyst program and got denied, but they offered to interview me for their Financial Controller position. Is this a glorified bitch boy position or something that could actually open opportunities?
Let me say this. I have seen more people leave GS controllers and find ways to break into smaller banks then I have seen climb the controller ranks. If you are interested in Banking you are significantly better off working in Banking at a smaller shop then controllers.
