Financial Engineering Comp?

Hi all, basically the title. Been interviewing for some FO roles (making the jump from MO), but I was particularly interested in an ABS Structurer role. I'm decently confident I'll get the offer, and I'm pretty sold on the type of work I'd be doing, but was wondering if anyone had any idea of expected comp for someone outside NYC or Chicago, or know roughly how much it pays compared to other groups. To give a better sense, the team works alongside the ABS deal team and is one of the bigger BB in the space. I myself have a general finance degree (non target, but I don't that's relevant in this case). Any insight is appreciated. Also curious if anyone has insight into the type of hours someone could expect. Thanks in advanced.
