One questions once you get into it Investment Banking do they teach you everything like how to build the models and all of that or do they expect that you know how to do it?

Def group dependent, but generally speaking you should know how to do it, not necessarily perfectly or very quickly, but know the mechanics and fundamentals of a general three statement, dcf and use of excel formulas & shortcuts etc.
The rest will come from training, if you’re resourceful on the desk and have very strong base understanding of corporate finance/valuation.
