I know a lot of dudes on here talk down about IB/finance girls but I personally find smart/motivated girls really attractive.I am an incoming first year analyst and am new to NYC. I have decent success dating in high school/college but banking and NYC seems like a whole other ball game. So I wanted to ask the guys/girls of WSO -What's the best approach for finding and successfully (& respectfully) meeting/dating girls in banking/other finance roles

Check out the working group list from a competing bank. When you’re opposite her in a deal, drive some tension. After the deal is done, find an excuse to celebrate. It’s a numbers game. Make sure you at least speak to her on the phone first though. Gender neutral names are popular nowadays.

If you use a dating app like hinge, you’ll see a lot of finance women as they put in their occupations and already know they are looking to date so that helps.
