Perfect textbook: Investment Banking: Valuation, Leveraged Buyouts, and Mergers and Acquisitions by Joshua Rosenbaum
The Rosenbaum book looks like a lot of the same material covered by Scoopbooks and, im assuming, in the same general manner. I'm looking for a book that will delve a little bit more into the specifics of finance rather than an overview. Especially interested in debt and equity markets
