Finished Uni, no FT job, now what?
Finished uni with a BSc 1st from a target school, having done a few internships at v good names, but no FT offer. Not sure how to proceed..

Maybe apply for jobs? 100's in the same boat, the fact you went to a target should help (if it actually is a target).
Consider a masters but you might end up in the same situation afterwards.
For now, focus on off-cycles, which usually convert / easier than applying straight for grad.
Where's the best place to look for FT roles, not 2027 grad roles but current open roles?
Did an off-cycle but they didn't have headcount (none of the interns converted) don't want to go through that again..
Non grad roles target people with FT world experience so you will most likely not be considered
