Firms That Underpay

Hi All, Can we get a list on here of some firms that are, maybe by all other metrics decent firms (or not), but that severely underpay? There should be no shame in exposing names that don't value bankers enough and it could help a lot of talent know which shops to avoid.

Haha you might be right. I was more referring to firms that actually underpay across the board relative to the market by a significant amount. Was thinking this thread would mostly be lists of boutiques. Similar to a "scam firms" thread where some people exposed firms that weren't what they presented themselves to be. A lot of people fall victim to being promised certain comp but then never get it in writing so it never ends up materializing. Heard of a friend who was verbally promised a bonus of a certain amount when she signed on but that bonus never materialized and she had no grounds to stand on because it wasn't in writing.
