First few weeks/months of on the job

What do the day-to-days look like for most BB OR MM banks when your first starting out?

Maybe what does the typical workday look like for a summer analyst? Then compared to someone who is just starting out full-time for the first couple months.

How much are you actually dealing with numbers/modeling? What does the work ACTUALLY look like

Nothing in this job is hard but it’s all boring. 90% of my day is price refreshing, adding logos, taking a pdf and putting in in our banks colors in ppt, and emailing analysts on other teams asking for headshots or a random page saved in their drive. If I’m lucky, I’ll get to join some calls (camera off obvi) and take notes and then send them to everyone. Nothing worse then attending the same management presentation 20 times in a week and taking notes on the same questions in the q&a.
