i have a first round interview for sales and trading with Merrill Lynch, anyone have any advice how to best prepare for it. Or even the types of questions i should expect......thanks for the help

they havent even finished completely full time hiring, i dont get how EVERYONE is getting SA interviews already. i spoke to a GLOBAL CO-HEAD at a BB yesterday and he told me that there is no way interviews have started already.

Certain individuals have been interviewing for SA positions since October due to connections or working as SAs that previous summer at another BB.
In fact, I had interview opportunities in the Fall due being an SA the summer after my sophomore year.
OK, I'm not trying to brag or qualify myself, but I have a Global Co-Head setting up my SA interviews. He said that there were no going on, at least not at his BB. Secondly, three of my friends had SA positions last summer at BBs and all got return offers and none of them have gotten any interview information at all. Maybe I'm misinformed, but that's not possible.

Maybe the global co-head is so high up that he's out of the loop? Is it not possible that some interviews are going on that he doesn't know about, since he probably doesn't spend all of his time worrying about that stuff? Steve Ballmer probably doesn't know and doesn't care about all of the nuances of MSFT's hiring process.
why would i lie about having a first round interview... this was through my school's onlin e job network... i applied for it last week and the interview is on campus this week...and im not studying abroad next semester, this position was available to all juniors...
