First Round M&A Analyst - London IB Boutique (Tech/FinTech)

Hi,

I have a first-round interview (MD of group) scheduled with a MM London Boutique (e.g. Baird, WB, Stifel, RJ) - transferring from Big 4 FDD having recently finished ACA exams.

Any tips on interview process and how this may differ vs. a graduate applying for an analyst position? I haven't prepared any IB technicals but coming from a big 4 background feel confident with any accounting-related questions. Is the first-round likely to be mainly behavioural/motivational?

Any recommended resources to learn more about the FinTech space?

Thanks
