Getting me a bit excited, if I do say...
2 years = 730 days. Started July 2020 and there has been 153 calendar days since 7/1/2020 so 153/730 = 20%
Lol the first 2 months don’t really count (you’re training + doing simple books unless you’re at some super small shop dyal/robery warshaw but don’t think they hire FT).
Also, WSO may make it sound like analysts do 1 deal a month in reality thr average BB coverage analyst probably does 1-2 M&A deals their entire analyst stint so I wouldnt worry too much
How many projects would you typically handle at a given time? I’m only on 3-4 pitches or 1-2 pitches + 1 big bake off
Also, yeah I know haha it’s better to say 20% then adjust for training
