First Year Analyst vs IBSA Interview difference?

Hi All,

I had banking interviews for summer but none of them worked out. Having said that, I feel pretty confident about my interviewing skills now (been working on them over the summer) and have also been networking pretty aggressively. I'm certain that I will be getting multiple opportunities to interview for FT, first yr positions. Hence I was wondering, how much different are the IBSA interviews from when you interview for a full-time role. How are the expectations different?

Thanks!
