Fisher Futures?

Hello, I am a current third-year with a 3.99, strong extracurriculars, and doing pro-bono consulting for a firm this year. I have a good chance of getting a consulting internship this summer, potentially in life sciences/health division. My question is, I also have an interest in IB, but it would require me to reclassify and apply for a program known as Fisher Futures (very good IB placements) at a different school, (extra year and potential I don't get in) or should I continue down my path through health consulting and potential later lateral to IB or med school?
