FO Internal Mobility at EB after SA?

I'm going to be starting my SA at PJT/EVR/LAZ and am in a capital markets group. I missed the boat for M&A/RX recruiting and accepted my offer (and am grateful!) However, I would like to know if anyone had any experience with how possible movement to the M&A or RX departments are after SA? Is it an entirely new recruiting process?

Generally run a year / two, and they will let you move groups. EB's with good culture like to keep their talent. Work hard and I'm sure it will workout.

I now see you’re asking about SA -> FT. You actually can make the switch (rare) but it’s a lot easier to just do a year and make the move. Just gotta do an exceptional job and show you know modeling. Maybe reach out to other SA’s in the group want to be in and learn from them. Helps to have people in the group you want to join put in a good word.
