Follow-Up to an Informational Interview

I attend a non-target in Canada, with few alumni in IB. I've conducted roughly two dozen informational interviews. What topics should I touch on in a follow-up chat to an informational interview?

Talk about any developments that happened related to something you talked about the first time around, where you are in your process relative to before

A follow-up immediately after the interview? In that case, simply send a thank you note. Otherwise, if you're keeping in touch after a while (2 months +), you can keep them updated on your progress and any noteworthy events that have transpired, discuss a recent deal of your contact, send an interesting article et cetera.

To infinity... and beyond!
