For interviewers - When will you start being impatient?

In a 30 min 1st round interview, what question will you begin with? Let's assume it to be 'tell me about yourself. Then the candidate start his/her pitch, which can be from 45s to 3 min. Whether you will set a clock countdown? Or when will you start getting bored and interrupting them? Or it depends on the interesting level of the pitch? (i.e. if you're interested in this person, you will tolerate a 3 min version, but if you don't have a good 1st impression on the candidate, you might interrupt within 45s?) I want to know how you usually process (time management) the 1st round phone interview. Thank you.

Just be natural man. I stay on the shorter side and let them ask more questions. Wait until you get to a question that you know you’ll crush (ie that one really cool thing on your resume) and then you can get a little long winded
