For those that have received a FT return offer, when can one expect to do the background check/drug test?
Curious with COVID going on it seemed like a lot of firms shortened the background check (mainly fingerprint and drug test) process or got rid of it completely for SA 2020. Is that going to be the new norm, especially with the new ban on drug testing in NYC that took place in May? Once we sign the offer do we have to redo the background check and drug test within a month or will that be before the start date in the spring?
