For Those Who Reconsidered IB After an Internship, What Did You Do?
I spent a year trying to break into IB with no relevant experience, eventually landing my current off-cycle internship post-grad. However, after experiencing the role firsthand, I’m unsure if this is the right career path for me—especially knowing that at a larger firm, I’d be working significantly more hours.
For those who have been in a similar position and realized IB wasn’t the right fit, what decision did you make? Did you accept a return offer, or did you switch career paths?
